All items imported and exported to Indonesia from August 1, 2021 must be entered with the Indonesia Tax ID Number (known in Indonesia as NPWP - Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak).

Due to the recent breakout of COVID-19, FEDEX inform that they cannot send the order by IE (International Economy Fee) shipping method.
The only available shipping method by FEDEX is IP (international Priority Fee) which is rather expansive than IE.
So, please email us if you receive the order by FEDEX IP although it is expansive.
The additional charge can be requested in any case.
